INFO & FAQ

hello everyone! here are some rules/guidelines for my shop :) please read them all before you check out!

1. Grading System

• standards : near perfect pins, or with super small flaws that you have to look really hard to see
• b-grades : these pins have a few small flaws, such as small specks, scratches, or weird enamel bumps.  but the flaws should not take away from the overall pin
• c-grades : these are the worst of the batch with flaws that you can clearly see.  flaws include dark marks on the face, no enamel fill for a section, etc.

2. Combined Shipping

• Yes! I combine shipping :) simply use the code "COMBINE" to get free shipping on your multiple orders.
• Please only use this code if you are making multiple orders!  If used when only making one order, your whole order will be refunded.
• You may also leave a note for me to combine your orders when you check out:)

3. No refunds/exchanges/returns

• all sales are final, so no returns, refunds, or exchanges!
• however, if your package was incorrect or you feel like the grading was not up to par with what you bought, feel free to email or dm me on instagram and we can work something out!
